Multi-chapter access, an embeddable Concierge widget, and faster reports

New chapter-based access controls, a revamped user management interface, tighter default access for new sign-ins, a Concierge widget you can embed anywhere, quicker Delivery Reports, and broader SSO login support.

Multi-chapter access & a revamped user management interface

Organizations with multiple chapters or regions can now assign a Chapter role that scopes staff access and segments to a single chapter. The admin User Management page has also been overhauled to make getting people set up easier: add a single user directly, or import a whole list at once via CSV — both with chapter and role assignment built in — plus a way to search across every account by email.

Tighter default access for new sign-ins

New users signing in through single sign-on no longer get access to the Engage dashboard automatically. An administrator now has to explicitly grant access before a new sign-in can reach Engage, so every user in your dashboard is there on purpose.

Embeddable Concierge widget

The Concierge chat experience can now be embedded directly on your own website with a lightweight script, so members can reach it without leaving your site.

Faster Delivery Reports

Fixed a database performance issue that could cause large Delivery Report runs to time out instead of loading.

Broader SSO login support

Members whose organization’s iMIS username isn’t formatted as an email address can now sign in through SSO without issue.

Deliverability Reports (Beta)

A new reporting view for every campaign and action run: delivery health at a glance, recipient-level drill-down, and one-click exports.

See delivery health at a glance

A new Deliverability Reports area (marked Beta, found under Segments) gives each campaign or action run its own report: sent, delivered, bounced, and engagement rates summarized in a single health view, with a funnel showing where recipients drop off along the way.

Drill into any run

Open a run to see a full, filterable recipient list, along with breakdowns by bounce reason and receiving provider to help spot delivery issues at a glance.

Export what you need

Download the full recipient detail as a CSV, or export a clean, single-page PDF summary to share with your team.

Faster bulk email sending, with a full send history

Send All and Send Selected now run through a faster, more reliable delivery pipeline, and every send now shows up in a new history view.

Faster, more reliable bulk sends

Sending to a large list now runs through a concurrent delivery pipeline instead of sending one message at a time, so large sends complete faster. If a send is interrupted partway through, it can pick back up instead of starting over.

A history of every send

Every bulk send — Send All, Send Selected, or a Test Email — now shows up in a new send history view, so you can watch an in-progress send’s status or look back at what went out and when.
